1. Browse to the product you wish to buy. Where you see a "More Details" link, please click on that to take you to more information and the "Add to Basket" button. (Simply clicking the image will only result in a larger image)
2. Adjust the quantity required for your order if necessary and click the Add to Basket cart .
3. You can either Continue Shopping or head for the Checkout
4. When you click "Checkout" you'll see your basket and items you've put in it. Check what you've put in is correct and adjust if necessary.
5. Read and agree the terms and conditions.
6. Then you are taken to the secure part of the site to input your delivery details. Please ensure that you input these details as accurately as possible as any mistakes are your responsibility. Ensure you give us full billing and delivery address details ( if applicable)
7. If you have a Voucher, you'll see the "I have a voucher" option at the bottom of your details page. Input your voucher code for the discount to be applied then tick next.
8. The amount payable will be updated and as soon as you hit "Send Order" you will then be taken to the next screen at Protx to input your card details. (Please note at this time when you hit Send Order, an automatic email is generated by our system to you acknowedging your order with our order reference on it. If you do not continue and pay, then please ignore this email - nothing has been paid for, nothing will be despatched)
9. All credit card details are not retained by us, this payment system is in real time so payment is taken immediately (if successful) via Protx our online payment provider.
10, If payment goes through successfully, then you will be taken back to our Thank You page and you will also receive an email also from Protx confirming that you have paid for your order.
11. These emails are sent automatically and as such, they have a habit of dropping into a Junk Mail folder if you have filters on. If you don't receive any emails from us confirming your order please will you check your Junk folder first? It just might be in there.
12. After that, it's plain sailing really, Your order comes through to us, we pack it, post it and it's then sent on its journey to you.
